Overview

• Jeremy Fancher and Destiny Campos were arrested June 20 and 21 nearly 13 months after their 4-month-old daughter, Brookelynn, was found dead in a Days Inn dresser drawer
• Harris County Institute of Forensic Science ruled the cause of death as suffocation after court records revealed the couple sealed the drawer with a towel to quiet the infant
• Campos, who is seven months pregnant, is jailed on a $300,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Harris County court on June 25
• Fancher remains held on an $850,000 bond at Tom Green County Jail pending transfer back to Houston for prosecution
• Marilyn Jennifer Mork, Fancher’s girlfriend, was arrested on hindering apprehension charges over the weekend and later released on bond
