  • Virginia Lazalde-McPherson is promoted from EVP and Head of Strategy & Business Operations to oversee content acquisitions for Showtime and MTV Entertainment Studios.
  • Lazalde-McPherson guided Showtime’s integration into Paramount+ and led strategy on series such as Yellowjackets, The Chi and Dexter: Original Sin.
