Paramount Secures Financing Deal With Domain Capital for 30-40 Films

The slate includes upcoming projects such as 'Gladiator II,' 'The Smurfs Movie,' and remakes of 'The Naked Gun' and 'The Running Man.'
Domain Capital Group, led by Managing Director Pete Chiappetta, has previously collaborated with Paramount on films like 'Sonic the Hedgehog 3' and 'Better Man.'
This deal comes as Skydance Media prepares to finalize its acquisition of Paramount Global in the first half of 2025, pending regulatory approval.
The agreement reflects Domain's ongoing investment in entertainment, following a $700 million media fund and a previous co-financing pact with Warner Bros. on projects like 'Barbie.'
