The longtime spokesman leaves following the Skydance merger with Melissa Zukerman installed as chief communications officer.

Overview

  • He said he will remain a resource for Melissa Zukerman and the team as she steps into the role.
  • Dini joined the company in 2017 and led communications through the CBS re-merger, the Pluto TV acquisition, the rebrand to Paramount Global, the launch of Paramount+, the 2024 leadership transition, and the Skydance transaction.
  • The Skydance-Paramount deal closed last month, and Zukerman—an adviser to Skydance CEO David Ellison and former co-head of Principal Communications—was named CCO as the merger closed.
  • Before Paramount, Dini held senior roles at Brunswick Group and served as special assistant for communications to New York City Comptroller William C. Thompson Jr.
