Overview
- Navy and Coast Guard vessels — including USS Arlington, USS Lassen, USS Billings, USS Cooperstown and USCGC Lawrence Lawson — steamed up the Delaware with flyovers, then berthed in Philadelphia and Camden for public tours starting Friday.
