The injury occurred on the same right knee that Brooks tore his ACL in November 2023 while playing for the University of Texas.
Brooks, the Panthers' second-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, had only recently returned to play in Week 12 after a year-long rehabilitation process.
The Panthers listed Brooks as doubtful to return, and further testing will determine the severity of the injury, with concerns it could be another ACL tear.
