Bryce Young, the Carolina Panthers' rookie quarterback and No. 1 overall pick, continues to struggle, completing just 13 of 36 passes for 137 yards in the Panthers' recent 28-6 loss to the New Orleans Saints.
Young's performance has been consistently poor, failing to surpass 250 yards passing in 12 starts, and matching his number of touchdown passes (nine) with interceptions.
The Panthers' offensive line and receiver positions are also underperforming, contributing to the team's dismal 1-12 record this season.
Despite the team's poor performance, interim coach Chris Tabor believes Young will continue to improve and gain valuable experience from playing.
