• Labour Minister Astrid Panosyan-Bouvet lodged a criminal complaint against AC !! Anti-corruption after the group accused her of intervening to lower Setforge’s social contributions.
• The association’s filing cites possible offences including illegal taking of interest, diversion of public funds, concussion, abuse of authority, misuse of corporate assets, and inaccurate financial statements.
• Panosyan-Bouvet says she acted at the request of CFDT and CGT representatives, local elected officials and authorities, in consultation with Matignon and Bercy, and denies any personal link to Setforge.
• Urssaf says that following the minister’s arbitration, Carsat d’Alsace-Moselle recalculated ATMP rates for 2022 to 2025 and Urssaf reimbursed overpayments, noting Setforge had no prior debt or assessment.
