• The Andheri West Seabliss unit was bought by Pankaj Tripathi with daughter Aashi for Rs 9.98 crore, offering a 188.22 sq m RERA carpet area plus a 32.14 sq m balcony and three parking spaces.
• Registration for the Seabliss purchase was completed in July 2025 with stamp duty of Rs 59.89 lakh and Rs 30,000 in registration charges.
• A second home in Aashapura Heritage, Kandivali West, was purchased by Mridula Tripathi and Aashi for Rs 87 lakh with a 39.48 sq m RERA carpet area.
• That Kandivali transaction was registered in September 2025 with stamp duty of Rs 4.35 lakh and Rs 30,000 in registration charges.
