Panera Bread Settles $2 Million Lawsuit Over Delivery Fees

Customers misled on delivery and menu prices may claim compensation by June 10, 2024.

Panera Bread has agreed to pay $2 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging misleading delivery and menu prices.
Customers who ordered delivery from Panera between Oct. 1, 2020, and Aug. 31, 2021, may be eligible for compensation.
Eligible claimants can choose between two 'Soups and Mac' food vouchers worth $9.50 each or a cash award of up to $12.
The settlement follows a similar lawsuit settlement by Chick-fil-A, which agreed to pay $4.4 million over inflated delivery prices.
The deadline to file a claim for the Panera settlement is June 10, 2024.
