- The Grade A+ facility targets e-commerce, FMCG, 3PL and pharmaceutical occupiers and will include 12-meter clear height, FM2 floors, K160 sprinklers and IGBC-certified sustainable design.
- Company projections for the broader KLIC envision 50-plus units, more than 5,000 direct and indirect jobs and over ₹1,500 crore in additional investment.
