• Mi PAMI reached one million registered affiliates, offering digital credentials, e‑prescriptions, appointment booking, provider directories and authorizations via app or web.
• The October 2025 list of therapies with 100% coverage is active for eligible retirees, including drugs for diabetes, oncology and oncohematology, hemophilia, HIV and hepatitis B/C, transplants, rheumatologic and renal conditions, ophthalmic uses and more.
• Access to full coverage runs through the Subsidio Social por Razones Sociales with income, asset and private‑coverage limits, higher thresholds for households with a CUD holder and an exception when medicine costs exceed 15% of monthly income.
• Enrollment for the subsidy is completed online through PAMI’s site, approval links automatically to the electronic prescription, and requests covering more than four medicines require an additional physician‑signed form submitted in person at the designated agency.
• Pharmacies accept multiple credentials — digital in Mi PAMI, provisional QR or ticket, and the plastic card — while scheduled ambulance transfers require 48 business hours’ notice, direct provider coordination for trips up to 30 km and UGL or CODE authorization for longer or inter‑locality transfers.
