Wild camping and overnight stays in parked camper vans are banned, with fines ranging from €750 to €1,500, addressing housing challenges in the city.
Guided tours are now limited to 20 participants, and the use of loudspeakers or megaphones is prohibited to reduce noise disturbances.
Acts such as spitting, wild urination, and littering carry fines up to €750, while penalties for illegal gambling activities can reach €450,000.
