Pakistan Railways Raises Fares on LahoreRawalpindi Subak Services

The operator published a new class-by-class fare chart and said passengers will receive refreshments with the higher-priced tickets.

  • Fares for the Subak Kharam and Subak Raftar trains took effect at the new rates on October 5, 2025.
  • The increase ranges from Rs. 150 to Rs. 250 depending on the travel class, according to a Pakistan Railways spokesperson.
  • New one-way fares are set at Rs. 2,500 for AC Parlor, Rs. 2,250 for AC Business, Rs. 2,100 for AC Standard, and Rs. 1,300 for Economy.
  • Pakistan Railways said refreshments will be provided to passengers as part of the revised pricing.
  • The revision applies specifically to services on the Lahore–Rawalpindi corridor named by the operator.
