Pair’d Unveils 2026 Margaret River Program With Burnt Ends Return and Rodney Scott

  • The full Pair’d Margaret River Region 2026 program has been published and confirms a four-day festival running from November 19 to 22, 2026.
  • Curated open-fire events headline the program, with Dave Pynt returning to run Burnt Ends & Friends at Wills Domain and American pitmaster Rodney Scott bringing Carolina whole-hog barbecue.
  • The lineup also features international and regional chefs such as Matt Abergel, Larissa Gonçalves, Ben Cross and local leads including Jed Gerrard, with formats ranging from beach club sets to intimate vintner dinners.
  • Tickets will be available to subscribers with early access and then go on public sale at 10am AWST on July 1, 2026, with a mix of premium ticketed experiences and lower-cost or free community events across the region.
  • Pair’d aims to pair Margaret River’s wine producers with immersive food and music programming while foregrounding First Nations-led events such as Nature’s Table and on-country performances, a move organisers say will boost regional tourism and showcase local custodianship.
