After a double bogey on the 16th, Harrington made critical birdies on the final two holes for a one-stroke victory over Thongchai Jaidee.
Harrington finished with a 2-under 69, closing the tournament at 14-under 199.
The victory comes ahead of Harrington's induction into the World Golf Hall of Fame in June.
Thongchai Jaidee and Miguel Angel Jimenez were among the top competitors, finishing closely behind Harrington.
