• Kenny Kunene was re-sworn as a proportional-representation councillor on Friday after an independent law firm cleared him of wrongdoing.
• PA leader and Sports Minister Gayton McKenzie says Kunene must be reinstated as Roads and Transport MMC by Tuesday or the party will withdraw from coalition governments and he will resign.
