Pa. Couple Charged After Toddler Tests Positive for Fentanyl, Cocaine

• Officials say a 2-year-old was treated at UPMC Children's Hospital on Oct. 4 after toxicology results showed exposure to fentanyl and cocaine.

• A search of the Monessen residence recovered a blue baggie, stamp bags, a smoking pipe, a scale, several small baggies with white residue, and a case of THC cartridges.
• Police say the white residue in the baggies field-tested positive for cocaine, with no additional laboratory findings reported in the filings.
• Sable Ford, 36, and Travis Holmes were arraigned on charges including child endangerment and drug offenses, held on $50,000 bail each with a Dec. 5 preliminary hearing set, and police say the child is expected to recover.
