The 75-year-old addressed the rumors on the latest episode of The Osbournes podcast, stating, 'I'm not dead. I'm not going any-fucking-where.'
Osbourne has been battling health issues for some time, including a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease in 2020 and various surgeries for injuries to his neck and back.
He announced on the podcast in September that his latest surgery would be his last, as he 'can't do it anymore.'
Despite his health struggles, Osbourne expressed his intention to perform more gigs before he's 'finished.'
