- Delegates unanimously adopted the Oxford Declaration pledging full support for URAAN Pakistan’s long-term transformation agenda.
- The declaration commits diaspora participants to champion Pakistan’s image, mobilize investment, and advance growth across the plan’s pillars of exports, E‑Pakistan, equity and empowerment, environment–food–water security, and energy and infrastructure.

- More than 100 delegates from 27 universities and 33 organizations attended, with 21 speakers from 10 leading UK universities including Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, SOAS, Glasgow, and Durham.
- A posthumous Development Leadership Award honored Dr. Arif Naveed, accepted by Professor Madeleine Arnot, underscoring the link between his equity research and URAAN’s Equity pillar.
