- OWC announced its first Thunderbolt 5 Dock at Computex Taipei, designed for creative professionals and power users.
- The dock supports bi-directional data speeds up to 80 Gb/s and 120 Gb/s display bandwidth, enabling multi-display setups including up to three 8K displays or dual 6K displays on Macs.
- It features 11 ports, including three Thunderbolt 5, two USB-A 10 Gb/s, one USB-A 5 Gb/s, 2.5 GbE Ethernet, microSD and SD card slots, and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
- The dock delivers up to 140 W of power, sufficient to charge heavy-duty laptops and support complex workflows.
- Priced at $329.99, the dock is available for pre-order with shipping expected in early July, and includes a certified Thunderbolt 5 cable and external power supply.
