Overview

  • Map voting in Quick Play and Competitive lets players choose from three randomized maps after role queue locks, hides individual votes to reduce pressure and applies leaver penalties immediately when voting begins.
  • Stadium mode adds Zenyatta, Sigma and Junkrat alongside revamped versions of Esperança and Samoa, introduces a rank reset and debuts Stadium Forge for creating, saving and sharing team compositions.
  • Two dual-launch Mythic offerings—D.Va’s evolving Horang hero skin and Reaper’s reactive Steel Death weapon skin—can be unlocked from day one through the Mythic Shop for 80 Mythic Prisms each.
  • Core modes welcome Aatlis, a new Flashpoint map set in Morocco’s lush gardens and luxury resorts, designed for tighter fights, cleaner rotations and fast-paced momentum.
  • Season 17 kicks off with the Powered Up event from June 24 to 30 for Epic-tier loot rewards and follows with the Hacks & Hijinx mode from July 15 to 28 featuring rotating match modifiers on Control maps.
