The affected products were sold between July and November 2024 at Walmart, Target, Cracker Barrel, and online, priced between $25 and $40.
Ten incidents of overheating have been reported, including one that resulted in a fire, though no injuries have been documented.
Consumers are urged to stop using the controllers immediately and return them to the original retailer for a full refund.
The recall applies only to 2024 models with specific designs and branding, including 'Mr. Christmas' and 'Wondershop,' while earlier versions are not impacted.
