‘Outlander: Blood of My Blood’ Prequel Series Teased for Summer 2025 on Starz

The prequel will explore the parallel love stories of Jamie and Claire Fraser’s parents across two time periods, set in 18th-century Scotland and World War I England.

Starz has released the first teaser for ‘Outlander: Blood of My Blood,’ confirming a summer 2025 premiere for the prequel series.
The series will focus on the love stories of Jamie Fraser’s parents, Ellen MacKenzie and Brian Fraser, and Claire Fraser’s parents, Julia Moriston and Henry Beauchamp.
The show will alternate between the 18th-century Scottish Highlands and World War I England, showcasing the challenges faced by both couples.
Familiar characters from the original series, such as Murtagh Fitzgibbons Fraser Jocasta Cameron, will appear in younger versions.
Matthew B. Roberts, the showrunner of the original ‘Outlander’ series, will also lead the prequel, with Diana Gabaldon serving as a consulting producer.
