Overview

• Bookings for both properties open on Nov. 3, with stays beginning in Q1 2026 at Outbound Yosemite and Q2 2026 at Outbound Sedona.
• Outbound Yosemite, the brand’s first ground-up build about 15 miles from the park’s South Gate, will offer 104 cabins and 14 lodge rooms plus a pool, hot tub, and more than 5,000 square feet of indoor‑outdoor meeting space.
• Outbound Sedona will feature 138 rooms, the new Moonwater pool complex oriented to Bell Rock, and an enhanced spa with an adults-only pool, dry sauna, cold plunge, and private treatment rooms.
• Design partners include One Union Studio for Yosemite and The Gettys Group for Sedona, with Folkart Management leading Juniper at Yosemite and Lucida in Sedona.
• CoralTree now manages existing Outbound properties, including The Virginian Lodge in Jackson Hole, reinforcing operational consistency and brand scale.
