Oura Launches Pregnancy Insights and Perimenopause Check-In

Overview

  • Oura began rolling out the redesigned Pregnancy Insights on August 12 and will introduce Perimenopause Check-In on August 13 for Android and iOS users.
  • Pregnancy Insights delivers daily gestational-age tracking, trimester and weekly insights, biometric trend charts against anonymized reference ranges and 35 new symptom tags.
  • Perimenopause Check-In features a Menopause Rating Scale survey to quantify symptom severity over time and produces a provider-ready PDF report for medical consultations.
  • The app integrates with health-care partners Evernow, Maven, Progyny and Midi Health to connect users with expert guidance and potential hormone therapy options.
  • All new features are built on de-identified data from more than 10,000 pregnancies and include transparent opt-in controls to ensure user privacy.
