Ottawa man charged in Gloucester femicide of Tracy Duncan

Investigators are urging the public to submit tips or video evidence before the accused’s court appearance.

Tracy Duncan was found dead at her residence on Carousel Crescent in Gloucester at about 11:30 a.m. on Monday. Stephen Doane, 57, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
 Lawyer Kirsten Mercer represented End Violence Against Women Renfrew County, a coalition of community groups, at the inquest into the 2015 deaths of Carol Culleton, Anastasia Kuzyk and Nathalie Warmerdam.
 Lawyer Pamela Cross is a member of the Chief Coroner’s Domestic Violence Death Review Committee.
