Overview

• The CPSC announcement on Sept. 25 (Recall No. 25-475) covers about 1,290,000 ovens in the U.S., with Health Canada listing approximately 104,195 units in Canada.
• Affected models are TSSTTVFDXL, TSSTTVFDDG, TSSTTVFDMAF and TSSTTVFDDAF, and the model number appears on a label on the back of the unit.
• Owners should stop using the ovens and contact Sunbeam at 800-334-0759 or recall.oster.com to receive a free clip-on repair kit with instructions and a QR-code video, with no tools required.
• The ovens were sold nationwide from August 2015 through July 2025 at retailers such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Costco and Walmart and online at Amazon and Overstock for $140 to $250.
• Sunbeam reports 95 burn injuries—93 first-degree and two second-degree—with no hospitalizations in the U.S.; Health Canada reports no injuries in Canada and says repair kits there are expected to begin shipping in November.
