Oscar-Winning Actress Michelle Yeoh Elected As IOC Member

Michelle Yeoh becomes the first Asian woman to be elected to the International Olympic Committee.
Yeoh was voted in along with seven other new members at a meeting in Mumbai.
Yeoh recently made history as the first Asian actress to win the Academy Award for Best Actress.
Yeoh is an advocate for road safety and is married to former FIA president Jean Todt.
The IOC now has a total of 107 members, with women making up over 40% of the membership.
