OSBI Joins Search for Missing SWOSU Student Logan Musil as Campus Holds Vigil

The bureau joined after a request from university police on Oct. 5.

Overview

  • Logan Musil, 18, was last seen shortly before noon on Sept. 12 on Southwestern Oklahoma State University's Weatherford campus and was reported missing on Sept. 30 by a family member.
  • OSBI special agents are working with local law enforcement in active searches while SWOSU Police continue the investigation and appeal for public leads.
  • The SWOSU Student Government Association scheduled a Vigil of Hope for 7 p.m. Tuesday at the campus clock tower, open to students, staff, faculty and the public.
  • Authorities released a detailed description: about 5'9" and 130 pounds with shoulder-length black hair, blue eyes and glasses, last seen in a camo undershirt, black-and-white plaid jacket with a white hood, dark gray pants and brown shoes, and known to carry a skateboard with red graphics.
