Overview

• Online ticket sales end on September 30, and on-site day-ticket sales at the venue stop on September 26.
• Unused tickets can be exchanged at the venue for same-day entry after noon from September 27 to October 12.
• Exchanges are limited to a few hundred tickets per day and will end once the daily allotment is exhausted.
• Tickets that cannot be exchanged will not be refunded, as Osaka Governor Hirofumi Yoshimura said broad refunds are difficult but hopes individual purchases can be considered.
• Reservation slots are nearly full through the October 13 closing, and more than 1.3 million purchased tickets remained unused as of September 22.
