- The Umeda counter will accept applications from both cardholders and authorized agents for these specific procedures.
- Procedures such as reissuance after loss, card issuance, loss reporting, returns, and card-face changes are not handled at Umeda and must be completed at ward offices.
- Operating hours are weekdays 9:00–19:00 and weekends or holidays 10:00–19:00 at Diamor Osaka B1 in Umeda 1‑chome, Kita Ward.
- Yokohama opened fiscal-year recruitments starting April 1, 2026: female welfare counselors (applications due February 2; ¥238,100 monthly) and two administrative posts at the Kokoro no Kenko Sodan Center (due January 16; ¥209,600 monthly).
