Westburg, a first-time All-Star this season, had been sidelined since July 31 due to a fractured right hand and returned to start at second base and bat second.
Urías, who missed three weeks with a right ankle sprain, started at third base and hit eighth in the lineup.
Westburg and Urías' returns come as the Orioles hold a 4.5-game lead in the American League wild-card race, with a playoff berth within reach.
The Orioles have struggled offensively in their absence, posting a 21-25 record since Westburg's injury and averaging only 4.2 runs per game.
