Original Voice of Ken Doll Bill Cunningham Dies at 96

Bill Cunningham was the original voice of Ken doll and founder of talent agency CESD.
Cunningham had a singing career performing with Judy Garland, Dinah Shore and on movie soundtracks.
He opened Pacific Artists Agency in 1963, later renamed Cunningham & Associates, a top commercial agency.
Cunningham retired from talent agency business in 1989 after a diverse career in entertainment.
He published a memoir in 2014 before passing away at age 96.
