Overview

• At the 78th Tony Awards in New York City’s Radio City Music Hall, the original Hamilton cast performed a medley of signature songs including “Non-Stop,” “My Shot” and “The Schuyler Sisters.”
• More than two dozen members of the 2015 ensemble returned to the stage, among them Lin-Manuel Miranda, Leslie Odom Jr., Phillipa Soo, Daveed Diggs, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Jonathan Groff and Ariana DeBose.
• The performance drew a standing ovation from an audience that included Oprah Winfrey and Ben Stiller.
• Since its 2015 debut at the Richard Rodgers Theatre, Hamilton has won 11 Tony Awards, a Grammy and a Pulitzer Prize and its original cast recording became the first Broadway album certified Diamond.
• Leslie Odom Jr. will return as Aaron Burr in a special 12-week Broadway engagement running from September 9 through November 23.
