  • Quebec Public Security Minister Ian Lafrenière said the attack appeared planned and connected to organized crime, with no innocent victims harmed.
  • Police received a 911 call around 10:30 a.m. and responded to the Starbucks at the Highway 440 service road and 100th Avenue, where two people were seriously injured.
