Oregon State running back Damien Martinez, who rushed for 2,167 yards and 16 touchdowns over two seasons, plans to enter the transfer portal next week.
Martinez earned All-Pac-12 first-team honors last season with 1,185 rushing yards and nine touchdowns.
He was briefly suspended for suspicion of DUII in November but was reinstated before the Sun Bowl, which he did not play in.
Martinez's decision to transfer follows Oregon State's coaching change and the Pac-12's collapse last year.
He has two years of eligibility remaining and was set to make over $400,000 in name, image and likeness deals at Oregon State.
