Oprah Winfrey and Niecy Nash-Betts to Receive Top Honors at GLAAD Media Awards

Oprah Winfrey and Niecy Nash-Betts will be honored at the 35th GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles on March 14.
Winfrey will receive the Vanguard Award for her significant contributions in promoting acceptance of LGBTQ people and issues.
Nash-Betts will be awarded the Stephen F. Kolzak Award for her impact in raising visibility and promoting acceptance of LGBTQ people and issues.
The awards ceremony will feature a host of special guests and performances, including a performance by David Archuleta at the after-party.
Previous honorees of these awards include notable figures such as Bad Bunny, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, and Ellen DeGeneres.
