  • In Kingston on Jan. 18 shortly after 9 p.m., Frontenac OPP stopped a vehicle on Road 38 near Van Order Drive for erratic driving and found open alcohol.
  • Robin Prest, 34, was charged with operation while impaired, BAC 80 plus, and failing to surrender a driver’s licence, received a 90‑day suspension and seven‑day impound, and is due in court March 17 in Kingston.
