Overview

• OpenAI, Oracle and SoftBank named new data center locations in Shackelford County and Milam County, Texas; Doña Ana County, New Mexico; Lordstown, Ohio; and an undisclosed Midwest site.
• The Abilene, Texas flagship is partly operational on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with Nvidia GB200 systems, targeting roughly 900 megawatts across eight buildings as construction continues.
