OpenAI's ChatGPT Introduces @-Mentions to Bring in Custom Personalities

OpenAI has introduced a new feature in ChatGPT that allows users to bring custom personalities, known as GPTs, into any ChatGPT conversation using the @ symbol.
This feature allows a level of collaboration within ChatGPT among expert roles that was previously impractical, making the platform one step closer to reality.
Paid ChatGPT subscribers can freely download a host of GPTs developed by other ChatGPT users through the GPT Store.
ChatGPT users can now stay in the default ChatGPT window and bring in GPTs as needed without losing the history of the conversation.
Since OpenAI announced GPTs in November 2023, over 3 million custom versions of ChatGPT have been created.
