- The accused allegedly used the alias 'Denise Blackhawk' on Facebook Marketplace to sell fraudulent tickets, some dating back to August 2023 when tickets first went on sale.
- Victims reportedly paid for tickets via e-transfer and were told they would receive them closer to the concert date, but the tickets were never delivered.
- The woman faces 32 counts of fraud under $5,000, one count of fraud over $5,000, and multiple charges related to possession of property obtained by crime.
- Police are urging additional victims to come forward, as one alleged victim claims the scam may have impacted as many as 160 people involving 420 tickets.
