- ODPE Piura was formally installed under Jorge Luis Calderón Rojas with jurisdiction over the regions of Piura and Tumbes.
- ODPE Huánuco was installed under Walter Orlando Tello Suárez with jurisdiction over Huánuco and Pasco, with primary voting set for November 30 and December 7.
