- DL 19990 payments follow a surname-based calendar: A–C on Dec 5, D–L on Dec 10, M–Q on Dec 11, and R–Z on Dec 12.
- The December gratuity is included for 643,590 DL 19990 pensioners, while 26,141 receive the benefit fractioned across months.
- Deposits for 66,648 pensioners in regimes 20530 and 18846, delegated pensions, the Special Fishing Regime, and the Complementary Risk Insurance are scheduled for Dec 15.
- Program rules remain unchanged: the disability pension has no age limit with at least 12 months of contributions in the past three years, and the DL 19990 maximum monthly pension is S/893 for applicants aged 65 with 20 years of contributions.
