Overview

• Samsung’s stable Android 16-based One UI 8 is now live for the Galaxy S23 series in multiple markets outside Korea, with users in Egypt, France, Germany, Malaysia, Turkey, Australia, Spain, Iran, and Ukraine reporting the update.
• The Galaxy S23 build carries firmware S91xBXXU8EYI5, measures roughly 2.5–3.5GB (about 3.3GB on S23 Ultra), and includes the September 2025 security patch.
• Stable One UI 8 for the Galaxy A34 and A54 is seeding in South Korea with firmware A346NKSUAEYI7 and A546SKSUCEYI5, respectively, with wider regions expected to follow per rollout patterns.
• Samsung has expanded the Galaxy A26’s One UI 8 update from Vietnam to Europe, delivering firmware A266BXXU4BYI2 at about 2.3GB.
• Features highlighted in this release include AI refinements, Audio Eraser for video sound removal, a dynamic lock-screen clock, a cleaner DeX leveraging Android 16, security hardening, and users can check Settings > Software update to download.
