Overview

• Two men robbed a Gulf station on Mount Vernon Avenue early Friday, pointing guns at a 73-year-old attendant and taking his wallet, police said.
• During a 5:45 a.m. foot chase near Pearl Street, a suspect fired four to five shots at NYPD officers and at least one officer returned fire, with no injuries reported.
