One-Off 1998 Lamborghini Pregunta Heads to Broad Arrow’s Zoute Concours Auction With €2.5–3.5 Million Estimate

The one-off Diablo-based concept carries Polo Storico certification with recent Museo Lamborghini provenance.

Overview

  • Broad Arrow will offer the Pregunta at the Zoute Concours auction in Knokke-Heist, Belgium, on October 10 with an estimate of €2.5 million to €3.5 million.
  • The auction house says it expects strong global interest and will accept bids in person, by telephone and online.
  • Built on the Diablo platform, the 5.7‑litre V12 concept uses a five‑speed manual with Lamborghini quoting 0–60/62 mph in about 3.7–3.9 seconds and a 209 mph top speed.
  • Created with French coachbuilder Heuliez under designer Marc Deschamps, the fighter‑jet‑inspired car features carbon‑fibre bodywork, wraparound glass, fibre‑optic lighting, rear‑view cameras and a Magneti Marelli digital cluster.
  • Debuting at the 1998 Paris Motor Show, it was retained by Heuliez, sold to a private collector in 2008, certified by Lamborghini Polo Storico in 2014 and later displayed at the Museo Lamborghini, with some reporting it influenced the Murciélago.
