The deceased has been identified as Andres Fabian Sandoval Garcia, 39, of Vallejo, California.
Two of the stabbing victims were airlifted to hospitals, with others seeking medical help by car.
The Napa County Sheriff's Office is leading the investigation with assistance from the Major Crimes Task Force.
