On Eve of CNU 2025, Government Updates Confirmation Cards to Display Room Numbers

The change comes as roughly 760,000 candidates head into Sunday’s objective test under tightened identification checks and strict answer-card procedures.

Overview

  • FGV is notifying candidates by SMS to recheck their confirmation cards, which now show the physical room number without altering the previously assigned address or floor.
  • Gates close at 12:30 p.m. Brasília time and the exam starts at 1 p.m.; duration is 5 hours for higher-level roles and 3 hours 30 minutes for intermediate-level roles.
  • The objective test will be applied in 1,294 sites across 228 cities, with 3,652 federal vacancies offered in 32 agencies under the unified selection.
  • Candidates must access the card via the FGV portal using a gov.br login; printed copies are recommended, official digital IDs in app form are accepted, and photos or prints are not.
  • Security protocols include fingerprint collection, mandatory signature, metal-detector screening, and sealed envelopes for electronics, while answer cards must be filled with blue or black transparent-body pens, one option per question, and handed to the proctor; the discursive phase is scheduled for December 7.
