Overview
- Omnia, Patria’s data-center platform, will develop, build and operate the facility and plans about R$11–12 billion in infrastructure investment.
- Total investment is estimated at R$50 billion, with the client expected to fund most IT equipment, and ByteDance/TikTok widely reported as the prospective tenant without public confirmation.
- Casa dos Ventos will invest roughly R$3.5–4 billion in dedicated wind farms to supply renewable power, with water-reuse cooling planned to curb consumption.
- The project is designed for about 300 megawatts of power, which would make it Brazil’s largest single-client data center, with operations targeted for 2027.
- Following CZPE and federal data-export approvals, the project still requires the Semace installation license and final grid clearances before breaking ground.
